• Account Information: Your name and email address to manage your membership.
• Usage Data: Anonymized interaction data to improve our AI helper, "Ask Pan."
• Payment Data: All payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Calculate and render your astrological charts.
• Personalize your dashboard and saved charts.
• Process subscriptions and provide access to Pro features.
• Notify you of important account changes or security alerts.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share data with essential service providers:

• Stripe: For secure payment processing.
• Mailtrap/GCP: For delivering transactional emails.
• Anthropic: Anonymized chart data may be processed by AI models to generate interpretations via "Ask Pan."

4. Your Rights

You have full control over your data. You may:

• Delete any saved chart at any time.
• Permanently delete your account and all associated records via the Security tab in your account settings.

5. Security

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. We encourage the use of strong, unique passwords for your AstroPan account.
