1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AstroPan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on AstroPan's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Membership & Subscriptions

  • Trial: New users may receive a limited free trial. Access is limited after the trial expires unless an upgrade is purchased.
  • Payments: Subscriptions are processed via Stripe. By upgrading, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize recurring charges.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing Portal. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
  • Refunds: Generally, payments are non-refundable. Prorated credits may be applied for plan switches as handled by Stripe.

4. Astrological Disclaimer

AstroPan is for entertainment and self-discovery purposes only.

Astrological interpretations and AI-generated insights ("Ask Pan") are subjective and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction or insight.

5. Limitations

In no event shall AstroPan or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on AstroPan.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

7. Changes to Terms

AstroPan reserves the right to revise these terms at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
